From a young child I have wished I could paint beautiful sceneries but never got around to it, so instead of painting with a brush I now paint with my camera. Some of these images work really well when printed on Fine Art matt or textured paper as it creates a painterly impression. Unfortunately you cannot experience this by viewing them as digital images.

Contemplation and Solitude represents the quiet and deep thoughtfulness I sometimes crave and need. I tend to find this walking along an empty beach on an autumnal day and feel the abstract nature of this image captures that feeling.
